first get your guy in this possition





now get your guy to lift his arm, move every limb in the stick aswell, i will show you why later.





now lift your guys arm and fold it in so it looks like just 1 limb in the body, still moving every limp so adjust everytime





then make your stick have his folded arm at the front this time and bend your characters body slightly over and lift the back leg shortly up





extend the arms limbs so the arm is normal then bend the legs  ...</description>

get your man slightly bent, then scrunch him up and flip your guy, get the stick slightly straightened out with his back leg like a V with a flick.

straighten your guys legs out, put it up back.i dont know how to explain it but look at the vid the 4th movement

now move your guy off the ground and put his front foot pointed out and the leg span about 165 degree now the next couple of movements are easy enough and however you want to finish off, i do mine spreaded out,

Now were moving your stick forward then move the back legs second limb up, while moving the front leg back to the spot it was, so it looks like it diddnt move one bit





now were going to move our stick forward again, keeping your front leg and foot in the same place, the back leg however, move the second limb up again and define the foot so it is 90 degree foot to leg like this picture
